Biography

Brett E. Feldman handles matters in the areas of general liability, transportation, retail and hospitality, automobile liability, premises liability and workers’ compensation. He focuses his practice on the defense of corporations, businesses, and insurance companies. Mr. Feldman has extensive experience representing numerous plaintiffs in New Jersey having worked at several personal injury litigation firms in South Jersey where he handled plaintiff personal injury and premises liability cases from inception through resolution. He also worked at a large plaintiff personal injury litigation firm in Philadelphia where he represented plaintiffs across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His understanding of the Plaintiff’s perspective serves as a valuable asset in his defense practice. Additionally, Mr. Feldman was an attorney for a well-respected defense litigation firm, where he represented the firm’s large hospitality clients in workers’ compensation, premises liability, and employment discrimination matters throughout New Jersey.
