Jonathan F. McCrosson is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. His practice is concentrated in the areas of premises liability, insurance coverage, automobile negligence, construction defect liability, first party benefits (uninsured motorist, underinsured motorist and personal injury protection benefits), contractual disputes, appeals and general civil litigation.
Prior to joining Sweeney & Sheehan, Jonathan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark H. Sandson, P.J.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, and the Honorable Jeffrey D. Light, J.S.C., of theSuperior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division. While in law school, he served as President of the Villanova University Student Bar Association (2015-2016).
Jonathan is the current President of the South Jersey Claims Association, an organization dedicated to promoting Education, Ethical Claims Practices, and Fellowship among insurance professionals.
