Joseph M. Hauschildt, Jr. is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. His practice is concentrated in the areas of premises liability, insurance coverage, automobile negligence, construction defect liability, first party benefits (uninsured motorist, underinsured motorist, and personal injury protection benefits), contractual disputes, appeals, and general civil litigation.
Prior to joining Sweeney & Sheehan, Joseph served as Law Clerk to the Honorable William E. Nugent, J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While in law school, he was a member of the Widener Law Review, serving as a Staff Member (2012-2013) and Articles Editor (2013-2014).
Joseph is the current President of the South Jersey Claims Association, an organization dedicated to promoting Education, Ethical Claims Practices, and Fellowship among insurance professionals.
