Sweeney & Sheehan Partner Robyn Farrell McGrath recently presented on Alternative Dispute Resolution to the Temple University Beasley School of Law LLM in Beijing, China Program. Ms. McGrath lectured to a group of Chinese judges, law professors, and lawyers regarding arbitration and mediation practices in the American system. She also discussed the effects of the COVID-19 quarantine on the practice of law and, in particular, on conducting mediations and arbitrations virtually.
