Biography

Megan C. Robinson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the bar of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey.  She is an experienced defense attorney who practices in the areas of premises liability, charitable immunity matters, commercial vehicle accidents, retail & hospitality, property loss and general liability matters. She has also defended contractors in a variety of trades in commercial and residential construction defect cases.

For more than 15 years, Megan has represented a real estate investment trust that invests in shopping centers, successfully defending it from various premises liability actions. In addition, she represents several resorts, hotels and casinos in matters involving claims of negligent security and negligent maintenance of the property.

Megan graduated cum laude from Lafayette College and earned her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law.  While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for the firm before becoming an associate following graduation.

Outside of Sweeney & Sheehan, Ms. Robinson is an active supporter of JDRF (the world’s largest nonprofit funder of type 1 diabetes research).  She also enjoys traveling, spending time with family and playing pickleball.
