On October 15th, 2025, Partner Elizabeth Dalberth will be presenting at South Jersey Claims Association’s meeting on Current Issues and Challenges in Cannabis Law. Topics will include: Insurance coverage, types of claims, and Company Considerations/Protections. Liz founded and chairs the Cannabis Law committee for the New Jersey Defense Association, and is a co-chair for the Philadelphia Bar Association Business Law Section Cannabis Law committee.
