Elizabeth A. Dalberth enjoys a varied practice, with 29 years of litigation experience in labor and employment law, including hostile work environment, discrimination and Americans with Disability Act claims, professional liability, contracts, insurance coverage, property damage, personal injury, auto liability, and premises liability. Liz also practices in the area of cannabis law, with an emphasis on its application to insurance coverage and labor and employment law. Liz has the benefit of representing a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors, including corporations, insurance companies, municipalities, small businesses, and private individuals.

In addition to litigation, Liz provides presentations to companies, insurance company representatives and attorneys on a myriad of topics tailored to their needs, including complying with state and federal employment and discrimination laws, the importance of updating employer manuals and handbooks to reflect changes in state and federal laws and training of insurance adjusters and company and municipal employees. She has also authored articles for national, state and local organizations addressing cannabis and cannabis-related topics.

Liz practices in a wide range of venues, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Venues of practice include state and federal courts and administrative agencies in all three states.

Being involved with organizations is important to Liz as it allows her to connect with the legal and non-legal communities. With regard to cannabis law, Liz founded and chairs the Cannabis Law Committee for the New Jersey Defense Association and is a co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Business Law Section Cannabis Law Committee. In addition, Liz is a member of the Public Policy Committee, Women’s Business Network Planning Committee and Legal Professionals Referral Network of the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the advocacy committee for the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a member of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.
