Eric Scott is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida bars. He is an experienced defense attorney who handles matters in the areas of transportation, retail & hospitality, premises liability and negligent security. His dedication to providing exception legal counsel is evident in his thorough approach to each case, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Prior to joining Sweeney & Sheehan, Eric represented pharmaceutical companies in product liability and government investigations. He also represented healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions and defended against asbestos related health claims. In addition to his practice, Eric has been active in pro bono litigation, including representing an inmate sentenced to death in Alabama.

Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and friends, wakeboarding, and watching his twin boys play high school football.
