Mike Boccella is of counsel with Sweeney & Sheehan and focuses his practice on general, premises and product liability. Mike has more than thirty years of experience in multiple areas of the law including tort and contract law. He has handled cases in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey from inception to trial including developing and executing case strategies.

In addition, Mike regularly participates in the defense of property subrogation cases on behalf of product manufacturers. He has significant experience in insurance coverage and risk transfer issues having worked for almost a decade as an in-house insurance coverage attorney addressing coverage under multiple lines of coverage including property and liability.

Mike is barred in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the federal district courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. He is admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
