Michael Regan is a member of the Pennsylvania bar. He is an experienced defense attorney who handles a variety of litigation matters, including construction defects, premises liability, product liability and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Sweeney & Sheehan, Michael gained substantial litigation experience at two Philadelphia-based law firms. Additionally, he is certified as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law graduating cum laude. He also graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property and received the Outstanding Achievement Award in Intellectual Property for his graduating class.
Prior to pursuing his legal career, Michael graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he majored in marketing. Upon graduation, Michael worked in the banking and financial tech industry where he gained invaluable experience by assisting small business owners to help them achieve their financial objectives.
Outside of his work at Sweeney & Sheehan, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, their twin daughters, and their two golden retrievers. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing sports, including golf and men’s softball. A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Michael enjoys going to games to cheer on the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers.
