Rahul Gogineni is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over a decade of experience as a litigator, he has handled cases across more than twenty jurisdictions.
For nearly ten years, Rahul has focused on various subrogation matters, including construction defects, product liability claims, property damage claims, and environmental contamination claims. In addition to subrogation, for the past three years, he has defended clients in cases involving construction defects, premises liability, product liability, and insurance coverage disputes.
Rahul is an active member of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (PDI) and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Outside of his legal practice, Rahul is an avid sports enthusiast. Growing up in Kansas, he is a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and Kansas Jayhawks. In his leisure time, he also enjoys playing tennis.
