The claimant had been receiving wage loss and medical benefits for a lower leg injury, but rejected a 2023 job offer. After mediation failed, Lee filed Termination and Suspension Petitions in 2024, citing a full recovery medical opinion and the claimant’s rejection of another job offer by employer.
