On April 21, 2025, Sweeney & Sheehan, P.C. Partner Louis J. Vogel, Jr. obtained dismissal of a professional liability client in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas via Preliminary Objections. The claims included allegations of civil conspiracy, libel, professional negligence, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. After briefing and oral argument, the Court dismissed all claims with prejudice for failure to state a cognizable claim.
