On May 23, 2025, Sweeney & Sheehan, P.C. Partner Louis J. Vogel, Jr. obtained summary judgment in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Ocean County on behalf of a subcontractor in a multi-party construction site accident claim with regard to contractual indemnification claims asserted by a general contractor. Following oral argument, the Court concluded the general contractor failed to establish a right to contractual indemnity based on the contractual terms.
