Biography

Sean Robins is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. His practice includes the defense of claims involving professional liability, constitutional law, torts, civil rights, employment, D&O, products, premises and vehicular accidents, and municipal, prosecutorial and law enforcement claims.

Sean Robins is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar, the federal district courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has practiced in the various county courts, and all state and federal appellate courts, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His defense practice has included all types of professional liability claims, constitutional claims,torts, civil rights, employment, D&O, products, premisesand vehicular accident claims, as well as municipal, prosecutorial and law enforcement claims. Mr. Robins has also defended a variety of class actions and insurance coverage matters, as well provided insurance coverage opinions in more than 100 matters.
Mr. Robins was a court-appointed Mediator for the District of New Jersey from 2000 through 2012, and has served as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia since 1995.
Mr. Robins graduated from Temple University in 1988, and received his JD from Rutgers School of Law, Camden, in 1993. He clerked for the Hon. Joel B. Rosen, Magistrate Judge, in the District of New Jersey from 1993 to 1994.
