Nia is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and focuses her practice on general negligence defense, motor vehicle claims, insurance coverage matters, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
Prior to joining Sweeney & Sheehan, Nia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gwendolyn Blue, P.J.Cr., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division, Camden County, where she gained experience across a range of civil and criminal matters and developed valuable negotiation and mediation skills.
Nia earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Hartford. We are excited to have Nia as part of the Sweeney & Sheehan team and look forward to the experience and perspective she brings to our clients and our litigation practice.
