On July 2, 2026 Partner Brian M. Dib and Associate Michael C. Marchese successfully obtained summary judgment for our client, a casino property in Atlantic City. Plaintiff alleged that his injuries resulted from a malfunction of the property’s escalator. However, video surveillance footage revealed that the plaintiff had deliberately stopped the escalator and staged a fall. Thanks to our client’s video retention policy, Brian and Michael were able to achieve an early pre-discovery summary judgment in favor of our client.
